About Natural Harmony

Here at Natural Harmony patient care comes first.

To any appointment time booked, I make sure that

there is an additional 20min to each treatment to

give you enough time to get ready before and after

a treatment, to ask questions or use the washroom.

So you don't feel rushed or loose any valuable 

treatment time.

Healing takes time and effort. We therapist don't heal,

we help your body to heal itself.

​

Taking care of your health, especially after treatment and between treatments is as important. I always try to give some advice for stretching, posture and lifestyle in my scope of practice of course. Only when we work together we can make a difference.

Taking time to heal and rest is not selfish its self care.

Educating my patients about their body and their health is very important to me. Only if we understand how our own body works we are able to really heal.
