Our Policies
Treatment
Please come 5-10 minutes before your appointment starts to fill out the necessary paper work. A late arrival may result in a shortened treatment billed at the cost of the originally booked appointment. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow it, I may be able to accommodate a full appointment.
Please don´t have a big meal shortly before your treatment.
Illness
Respiratory conditions like Cold, Flu and Sore Throat are contagious to the practitioner. They are also contraindications to receiving a massage. Please stay home when you are feeling sick!
Cancelation
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I appreciate 24 hours notice and I require a minimum of 4 hours notice.
Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in the treatment being billed at half the price of your service. This is a common courtesy to my other clients who are waiting for a cancellation and to me as a therapist.
Cell Phones
Please turn your phone to silence or vibrate for your treatment so you can enjoy service without interruptions. If you need to answer a call the massage therapist will stop the treatment for that time. Please be aware that you lose valuable treatment time.
Payments options
I accept Credit Cards such as Visa and MasterCard I also accept Cash and e-transfer. No Debit right now. Sorry for the inconvinience.
